Registration Fees

Individual registration rates are as follows:

* Refers to non-tenured junior scientists. Registration forms must be accompanied by a letter from the head of the department, confirming their status.

The letter should be printed on a department letterhead and addressed to the Registration Department of the Congress.

Registration fees include: participation in scientific sessions (except comprehensive colposcopy course), congress bag, program book and all printed materials of the congress.

Early registration fees will only be accepted if the registration form and the payment are received by the Registration Office before June 30, 2018.

Registration forms received after October 31, 2018 will not be accepted as pre-registration. Please do not send any registration forms or payments after that date. You will have the possibility to register on-site at the congress venue. On-site registration will be available from December 1, 2018 at 15:00.

Group Registrations (10 participants or more)

Letter of confirmation

All participants will receive the letter of confirmation within 2 working days via e-mail or fax after the submission of their registration form and receipt of the payment

Visa requirements 

Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process. For further information regarding visa requirements (link available soon).

The registration fee includes:

  • Access to all sessions (except comprehensive colposcopy course)

  • Access to several specialized training courses and to local sessions is included at no extra charge

  • Congress bag, program book and abstracts.

  • Printed and electronic conference materials

Please note that access to the Colposcopy Course 2018 is not included with the congress registration. This course requires payment of an additional fee of €100. This program point can be chosen with the online registration or be booked later (by contacting the registration office by email).

Cancellation Policy for Registration

The Registration Office must be notified in writing (letter, email, and fax) about the cancellation of the registration. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. As a rule, refunds will be made after the Congress.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

Cancellation before October 15, 2018: refund less 80 euros processing fee

Cancellation between October 16 and November 15, 2018, 2018: refund 50%

Cancellation after November 15, 2018: no refund

Replacement before October 15, 2018: free of charge (no refund is made, only transfer of the registration to another person)

Replacement after October 15, 2018: considered as a new registration and subject to payment of the full registration fee at the applicable rate

Methods of payment

Registration fees and other ordered services must be paid in EUR (Euro) by one of the following methods:

1. Credit cards
Payments through the Online Payment System will be charged in EUR (Euros).

2. Bank transfer
Please note that payments by bank transfer will only be accepted until October 31, 2018. After this date only payment by credit card will be accepted.

A copy of the bank transfer receipt should be sent to the Registration Office (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) to track payment and confirm the services requested.

All bank charges must be covered by the sender.
