Information for Sponsors and Exhibitors




For the EUROGIN 2015 congress, we expect more than 2,000 participants from all over the world. Most are clinicians specializing in gynecology, oncology and cytopathology,

The 4-day meeting will encompass training courses, plenary sessions, scientific sessions, clinical sessions and satellite symposia, covering all up-to-date information on HPV infection and prevention of related cancers (cervical cancer, oropharyngeal cancer, certain other cancers). The program will also focus on educational issues related to women's health. A workshop in Spanish language, designed for participants from Spain and Latin American countries, will complete the main program.

The meeting will offer an excellent opportunity to promote products and services related to women's health in general and HPV related diseases in particular, taking into account that many key opinion leaders and health policy decision makers will attend. Therefore, EUROGIN 2015 offers an ideal platform for companies and organizations working in this field to promote their products and services.




The EUROGIN 2015 congress takes place in Sevilla, Spain at the FIBES II Convention Centre.




International airport: Seville.

The FIBES II convention centre is located 4 km northeast of the historic city centre of Sevilla and only 3 km from the airport.




EUROGIN 2015 offers a wide range of sponsorship opportunities.

The following list is not exhaustive and the organizing committee is prepared to examine any other form of sponsorship which might be envisaged, as well as special sponsorship packages for PLATINUM, GOLD, SILVER or BRONZE sponsorship status.

All sponsorship items include acknowledgement in all official congress documents and the congress website.





The large and pleasant exhibition area (more than 1,500 m² available) is conveniently located at the registration and entrance level of the building.

The conference rooms can be accessed by crossing the exhibition area.

All rates are for space only and exclusive of VAT (currently 21 % in Spain).

Exhibitors are obliged to order a standard modular booth or to build a professional, customized (professional booth builder required, design to be approved by conference organizer). Any other services (carpeting, power supply, lighting equipment, furniture, catering, insurance, etc.) are also at the exhibitor's charge.

Minimum booth size: 6 m².




A detailed technical file will be made available to all sponsors and exhibitors before July 2014.

In addition to the general and practical information, this file will also include information on all optional facilities such as: power supply, telephone lines, furniture rental, etc.

·    Complete Sponsorship package for full Internet Access (fixed access stations + WiFi)



·    Signs posted with sponsor’s name and logo at each coffee break area.

There are only very few exclusive time slots for sponsored satellite symposia available, and some others for symposia organized in parallel (two or more symposia/sessions scheduled at the same time).

Symposium programs will be handed out with the congress program and and also be posted on the conference website (in separate sections respectively).

The scientific content of the symposium is under the entire responsibility of the sponsor, in agreement with the Scientific Committee. The sponsor commits to covering all logistical costs of speakers and chairpersons of the symposium.

Acknowledgements to the sponsor will be included in the program and on the conference website (in separate sections).

The cost of a satellite symposium depends on the time slot and room capacity.

Invoices are issued by EURL EUROVIR, upon receipt of the reservation form accompanied by the payment.
All rates as indicated above are subject to VAT (value added tax) in compliance with the applicable Italian and European tax laws.


Reservation deposit :         50% of the total amount due (VAT included)

Balance:                               before Nov. 30, 2014



Any partial or total cancellation from a participating company must be transmitted by written mail (letter, e-mail or fax) to the Organizer.

Refunds will be as follows :

·         before Oct. 1, 2014:                               50 % of the total amount

·         after Oct. 1, 2014                                   no refund
