How to register?

It is possible to register for the Eurogin 2015 conference in the following ways:

The registration fee includes:

  • Participation in Scientific Sessions
  • Congress bag, programme and abstract book
  • All printed materials of the congress
  • Invitation to the Welcome Reception and coffee breaks

Early registration fees will only be accepted if the registration form and the payment are received by the Congress Secretariat before July 30, 2014.

Registration forms received after January 16, 2015 will not be accepted as pre-registration. Please do not send any registration forms or payments after that date. You will have the possibility to register on-site at the congress venue. On-site registration will be available from February 3, 2015 at 15:00.

A special registration form will be available for Spanish participants (Formulario de inscripción en Español)

Letter of confirmation

All participants will receive the letter of confirmation within 2 working days via e-mail or fax after the submission of their registration form and receipt of the payment

Visa requirements

Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process. For further information regarding the visa requirements (link available soon).

Cancellations and Refunds

The congress secretariat must be notified in writing about the cancellation of the registration. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. As a rule, refunds will be made after the congress.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

  • Cancellation before December 30, 2014: refund 50 %
  • Cancellation after December 30, 2014: no refund.
  • Replacement before December 30, 2014: free of charge
  • Replacements after December 30, 2013 are considered as new registrations and subject to payment of the full registration fee at the on-site rate.

Cancellation of registrations must be made in writing (letter, e-mail, fax) to the registration office

o Refunds, if applicable, will be issued after the congress only.

Methods of payment

Registration fees and other ordered services must be paid in EUR (Euro) by one of the following methods:

1. Credit cards
For payments through the Online Payment System only MasterCard, Visa and Amex cards are accepted. These payments will be charged in EUR (Euros).

2. Bank transfer
Please note that payments by bank transfer will only be accepted until January 10, 2015. After this date only payment by credit card will be accepted.
