Sponsorship Information



For the EUROGIN 2012 congress, we expect more than 2,000 participants from all over the world. Most are clinicians specializing in gynecology, oncology and cytopathology,

The 4-day meeting will encompass training courses, plenary sessions, scientific sessions, clinical sessions and satellite symposia, such as to cover all up-to-date information on HPV infection and cervical cancer prevention. Educational issues related to women's health will also be in the focus of the program. Workshops in Russian, Polish and Czech will complete the main program.

The meeting will offer an excellent opportunity to promote products and services related to women's health in general and HPV related diseases in particular, taking into account that many key opinion leaders and health policy decision makers will attend. Therefore, EUROGIN 2012 offers an ideal platform for companies and organizations working in this field to promote their products and services.

The "PRAGUE CONGRESS CENTRE" is located on a hill 2 km south of the city centre, only 10 minutes by public transport (2 – 3 stops by metro), and has wonderful views over the city.


EUROGIN 2012 offers a wide range of sponsorship opportunities.
The following list is not exhaustive and the organizing committee is prepared to examine any other form of sponsorship which might be envisaged, as well as special sponsorship packages for PLATINUM, GOLD, SILVER or BRONZE sponsorship status.
All sponsorship items include acknowledgement in all offical congress documents and the congress website.

Minimum booth size: 6 m².
Rates include the basic booth structure, carpeting, and lighting equipment. All other incidentals (power supply, cleaning, decoration, furniture insurance, etc.) are at the exhibitor's charge.


A detailed technical file will be made available to all registered sponsors in March/April 2012.

In addition to the general and practical information, this file will also include information on all optional facilities such as: power supply, telephone lines, furniture rental, etc.

There are only very few time slots left for sponsored satellite symposia. Symposia programs will be included with the congress program and posted on the conference website (in separate sections respectively).
The scientific contents of the session is under the entire responsibility of the sponsor, in agreement with the Scientific Committee.
Acknowledgements to the sponsor will be included in the official program and on the conference website.

Invoices are issued by EURL EUROVIR, upon receipt of the reservation form accompanied by the payment.
All rates as indicated above are subject to VAT (value added tax) in compliance with the applicable Czech and European tax laws.


Reservation deposit: 50% of the total amount due (VAT included)
Balance: before May. 31, 2012


Any partial or total cancellation from a participating company must be transmitted by written mail (letter, e-mail or fax) to the Organizer.
Refunds will be as follows:

  • before Feb. 28, 2012: 50 % of the total amount
  • after Feb. 28, 2012: no refund
