How to register?
To make a registration, you need to complete the on-line Registration Form.
Please note that the Online Registration Form is only accessible with a password. First fill in the Personal Data Form and a personal password will be sent to you immediately. This password is the same for all on-line forms.
Upon receipt of the registration form and the payment, a Letter of Confirmation will be sent to the participants. Please present the Letter of Confirmation at the Registration desk at EUROGIN 2012 to pick up your materials.
Early registration fees will only be confirmed if the registration form and the payment are received by the Congress Secretariat on December 31, 2012 at the latest.
Registration forms received after July 1, 2012 will not be accepted as pre-registration. Please do not send any registration forms or payments after that date. You will have the possibility to register on-site at the congress venue. On-site registration will be available from July 7, 2012 at 15:00.

Group Registrations (15 participants or more)
Letter of confirmation
All participants will receive the Letter of confirmation within three working days via e-mail or fax after the submission of their registration form.
Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process. For further information regarding the visa requirements please click here.
Cancellations and Refunds
The following cancellation conditions apply:
- Cancellation before May 31, 2012: refund 50 %
- Cancellation after May 31, 2012: no refund.li>
- Replacement before May 31, 2012: free of chargeli>
- Replacements after May 31, 2012 are considered as new registrations and subject to payment of the full registration fee at the on-site rate.li>
Cancellation of registrations must be made in writing (letter, e-mail, fax) to the registration office office (GUARANT International). Refunds, if applicable, will be issued after the congress only.
Methods of payment
Registration fees and other ordered services must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:
1. Credit cards
For payments through the Online Payment System only MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa and Diners Club credit cards are accepted. These payments will be charged in EUR.
Credit Card Payment Authorization Form can be also used for MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa (will be charged in EUR) and Diners Club (will be charged in CZK).
2. Bank transfer
Please note that payments by bank transfer will only be accepted until June 24, 2012. After this date only payments by credit cards will be accepted (either by using the Online Payment System or by submitting the Credit Card Payment Authorization Form).
